Today’s workplaces are broken. Badly broken. With 85 percent of employees disengaged, 23 percent feeling burned out and 37 percent believing that their job makes no useful contribution to society, work as we know it today is simply not working.

The good news? There is a better way. And it's not just theory. It's already practiced in pioneering organisations around the globe. Phew. Doesn’t come with a do as I do baseline

Full of thought provoke ideas. Quote from not just the innovators, but also those caught up in transforming businesses.
I’ve read a lot of business and development books. Generally enjoying most. Generally of a feeling that all are based on a re write of Steve Covey’s 7 Habits. This is a different read.
Ps. If you like complicated you will be disappointed.
