A positive and focused way to start the day
This audiobook sits on my nightstand so I can easily pick it up in the morning before I start my day and listen to an affirmation. It’s a great positive and focused way for me to begin my day and meditate on the thought for a minute. If I’m having a particularly overwhelming day, I like that I can just take a minute and come back to it. Such a great audiobook for me to have!

Excellent audiobook
I highly recommend this audiobook to any women looking to improve her life and well-being. It provides much information related to hypnosis, which is extremely difficult to achieve. How to meditate and proper way of using your energy to attract what you are looking for.

Happiness regardless of you relationship status
I love the structure of these affirmations. The author goes into the law of attraction and helps you rediscover ways to be happy either if you are in a relationship or not. Being happy regardless of your situation is a good starting point to attracting a happy, healthy relationship.

Powerful set of affirmations!
Focusing on self-love and learning to hold compassionate space for your feelings, this book is a set of excellent affirmations whenever you need reassurance and empowering.
The affirmations are well organized and new - most of them I haven't heard before. In combination with the soft music it makes a great meditative experience. Amazing to listen to in the evening to settle down for a calm sleep.
I also liked the follow-up chapter on how to use your mind to make the most of the affirmations.
