It's working!
I was doubtful about this audible, but after listening to these affirmations decided to keep it and listen to it everyday. It is indeed self-esteeming and was trying to be more aware of and reduce my depression.

I found positive affirmations to be incredibly helpful in dealing with my depression. Fantastic affirmations!
