About this listen

When Sky decided not to join our pack, I thought that would be the end of our dealings with the enigmatic wolf. But she's pulled back into pack business when Sky's the first one on the scene of a murder attempt of one of our pack members. At first, I mark it off as a coincidence but I'm proven wrong.

After more attacks are made on the pack and assassins go after the vampires, Chris, my ex, discovers a link between Sky and the person behind the attacks.

I knew there was more to Sky than meets the eye, that she's a magnet for trouble and a danger to my pack and herself, but I'm not convinced she's the person we are looking for.

When it comes to eliminating threats, the pack and the vampires believe in no mercy. Now, I have to find the mastermind behind the attacks and prove that Sky isn't involved to protect her from the vampires.

Complements first set of Sky Brooks books well

Where are the accents?! Enjoying the extra details from Ethan's side, but missing Claudia's South African accent and Stephen's Southern drawl, a key characteristic of them both.

Some key vocab is pronounced differently to initial book set, but all this is able to be ignored to enjoy the story from another POV.

not bad

well I was very interested in the other side to this collection, and it is good....just little things are quite annoying...I feel the narrator should have really listened to at least the first book, I got confused at times and had to think...words like turray... obviously spelt in book as turret...for sky's vamp ring in eye....paila he pronounced sounded more like Paula.....hidacus...he pronounced differently too as hiacus, ophero also pronounced very differently...so this narrator does make you think lots about what's going on...I think if I hadn't listened to sky brooks collection first and I do mean few times, I wouldn't know what on Earth's going on. same with the books name etc....very confusing but only easy to work out if you really know the story. but I don't hate this side of the collection. shame you can't buy them in batches like the sky brooks collection....very disappointed in that...could have bundled into 2 book batches for example to buy. not completely sure If I want to buy the rest but first 2 books of ethans side of the story isn't too bad.

accents are different

After listening to the sky brooks series. I must admit its quite annoying to have to think about some of the things they're talking about. they should have used the same narrator alongside this one if needed or at least have this one listen to the other books to know how to pronounce the items and names in the same way. other than that it's really great to get the other POV's. I love these stories, I do wish they were in box sets too though so you could buy them like the others. it means I have to wait a month in between each book After the first 2. they're worth it though so it's OK.
