I have listened to the nine times now as I go about my day and each time I hear something new.. It is full of the 'how to' listen, look and think of Jesus and I needed that simplicity. I really got a lot out of this book, I need to read it as well as listen to it, as it is read rather quickly, which doesn’t do justice to the depth of content there is in it!
Looking forward to soaking it in a bit more when I read a paper copy

I loved this book! It is read by the author who has a great voice and is very easy to listen to. Each chapter uncovers another aspect of how we grow deeper in Christ.

I love this book, and I love its central subject: Jesus Christ. Ortlund has taught me to look away from myself and even my own growth, and to look to Jesus Christ, and His gracious heart as revealed in what He has done in his life, death, resurrection and intercession now in heaven for me. Do you want to grow in Christ? Dane Ortlund’s answer is to look to and be astonished by Jesus, and “change will creep in through the backdoor”, as he puts it. Read and be encouraged to look to Jesus and be filled, by the Holy Spirit, with His love.

Quality book looking at principles which draw us deeper into relationship with Jesus. He essentially sums this up in ‘Fix your eyes on Jesus’ but there is so much more to it in this book.
