Why?
After I finished I am wondering why? Why is this book in top and everybody is fuzzing about? The story is mediocre, nothing happens, no plot, some sex scenes and nothing. I paid a credit and is not even worth it for free. Really disappointed not about the book, just about the fuzz and the popularity.

it's alright
He spit whiskey in her mouth🤢 also this is probably 50% smut and very insta-lovey which isn't my thing, but I very much enjoyed the ranch setting, the plot, the characters and the writing.

Luke Brooks is 😮💨
This was such a lovely read! It was fun, cute, heartfelt and swoonworthy all at once! It was super quick to read, I think I devoured it in two sittings!
I think I’m going to love the Ryder family as much as the Eatons (and that’s saying something!) I loved the family dynamic they had, and the love and loyalty between one another. I’m also really digging the “found family” trope where they “adopt” a brother’s best friend into the family 🥹 It might be one of my latest favourite mini tropes!
I’m firmly in my Cowboy Era right now, and throw in a Brother’s Best Friend and “He Falls Harder” and I was sold 🫡
P.S. This is Lyla’s debut novel!! Like what?! So excited to read the next books in the series if her first book is this good! 😍

Great characters

The Whole Book
I would of never thought to pick up Done And Dusted as a book or listen to it. I loved the whole book and love the characters form the moment they were introduced. I love the way the plot was built and how the town was introduced. I'm not really much of a romance reader but this book has to be one of my most favorite books. I'm now super excited for the second book! I'll have to get it soon! (I have so many books I need to read still) I would highly recommend this book to anyone!!
