About this listen
Gerber shows that most businesses fail because of a crisis of vision that creates an inevitable cloud of misdirected activity. Presenting practical exercises to help small business owners recover their vision and passion, he clears a path for getting back to the basic disciplines for business success. The E-Myth credo, Don't work IN your business, work ON it, is spelled out here in the seven essential disciplines followed by every leader of a world-class enterprise. Each discipline provides the leadership keys for unlocking success in the critical areas of business development: Leadership, Marketing, Finance, Money, Management, Client Fulfillment, Lead Conversion, and Lead Generation.
E-Myth Mastery is the ultimate business development program that will help you recover your passion and turn your company into a world-class operation, a turn-key machine for the money and satisfaction that only a successful entrepreneur can enjoy. Get started today!

Skip the first 2:14 hours
I loved E-myth Revisited and decided to try this as well. To my great disappointment the first more than two hours was pointless talk with so many repetitive sentences and fill-words that I was very close to simple end listening. I decided to finish to not miss out on the information and there are 2:14 hours it began. From here to the end it explains what to do after you’ve been running your small enterprise for a bit, what problems you will encounter and how to overcome them. It is like a continuation of the first book but a chronological continuation. It’s great though but not as good as the first book.

I need to re-read, it was a lot of information.
I need to reread it but I felt like it was a lot of information, but with nothing hugely particular to say. But maybe I've learned it already from other books? His book the e-myth revisited is so good! But this one, I didn't get too much out of. But that might be just because of my own knowledge and what I have read so far with other books. I read a lot! 😊

Part 2 is great
I love it. But I am somewhat biased. I am just a big fan of Gerber. Start with part one: E-myth revisited. It is just great!

A lot of talking
The real deal is the last three hours. The rest is boring very descriptive words. Once he starts on disciplines is what matters, and again not all. The book was supposed to be 1 hour in duration, so you can tell.

Great story, you could whittle down the actionable steps/ useful information to around 5 pages. you don't need to read this in 2023

A waste of time
No information nor inspiration in this book at all. Do not bother. A waste of a read.
