You just need to listen!

This book is inspirational. I have never been so hooked on a book before. Truly incredible, and life changing for me at least. I will for sure miss Gabrielles voice every morning, she feels almost like a new best friends who shared her secrets and life with us. I can't wait for the next one 💗

WHAT A READ!!!

This book is amazing! I suggest anyone that is having a tough time reads it! I laughed and I cried at different parts of Gabriella's life! I'm now sitting in limbo stalking her insta to keep up with what she's up to now. This book will not disappoint!!

Lack of Empathy

Honestly this book isn't bad but there's quite a lot of real issues in my view.

positives - interesting journey, some good quotes/ advice, puts her view across really clearly

negatives - I'm not sure she's heard of depression, there's a lot of self pity and a mantra of being worth more when she hasn't said why particularly with the Javier stuff, the way texts are worded/ people said things I feel like some people were being nicer than their true thoughts because of not wanting her to feel bad

overall I'd say this book may be worth reading if you can put up with constant self pity and a lack of empathy combined with a not very likeable person as our view of her world and are interested in someone's personal journey more in general than for particular reasons.

Excellent for those coming out of a narcissistic

Excellent for those coming out of a narcissistic relationship. Love that she did the audio herself. Loved listening to it via audio as having recently gone through the break up I can't concentrate enough to read.

Needed this book!

If you're struggling with heartache, the kind that really breaks you (then makes you), this is absolutely a must read/listen! It's honest and real, the bits that people rarely admit. Loved it :)

Unbelievably amazing

I recently went through a horrible, heartbreaking break up. It was just so awful. This book helped in so so many ways. I would recommend to anyone who is suffering a split. I promise it will make you feel better xxx

What a woman!

Gabrielle stone; you are some woman, for one woman!! I hadn’t heard of Gabrielle before until she was on kail lowrys podcast. I immediately had to buy her book and went for an audio book so I could listen to it straight away. She has completely changed my life. At points it felt like she was talking directly to me and about my situation! I made some pretty huge and necessary life decisions thanks to Gabrielle’s book. She gave me the belief that i had value too and I don’t need to put my own happiness aside to ensure others have a happier life. I matter too! Thank you Gabrielle. If you ever make it to Ireland then I’m taking your for a drink or six!

Life changing!

I love, love, loved this book. A true story from the heart that really helped me. I was not disappointed by the sequel. The author is the leader and master of dealing with heart break and self love. I’m truly grateful to her.
