A liberating journey through the life and times of Brittany Renner. This book details the experiences of a woman whom some love and others love to hate. It's a behind-the-scenes look into her life. Some may categorize and prejudge without knowing her story, but here is her truth. Written in a raw and real voice with wittiness and humor, Brittany allows you to walk a mile in her shoes. Depending on your appetite for truth and reality, this book may make you laugh, cry, cringe, or all of the above. You should never judge a book by its cover.

Much better than I expected...

Judge This Cover was an interesting read, or shall I say listen. Brittany Renner narrates the book well, keeping listeners engaged throughout. The stories she tells are interesting, somewhat entertaining and insightful. You get to know who Brittany is, what she’s been through and how it’s affected her, whilst she also allows you to learn from her mistakes to avoid similar experiences. I was apprehensive at first, but purchased nonetheless, and I’m glad that I did. I’d recommend this book!

Enjoyable

A good story and actually quite motivating, however there is much more to life, which make you a stronger person, than just bastard exes. But at least the author made money from her previous heartaches! Respect to that!!!

Honest

She's so honest and raw. Really helped me actually cos I'm now dating and tend to lean towards my intuition and this book confirms I should keep doing that.

A journey of a woman who loved honestly

I enjoyed getting an insight into the perspective of a romantic woman, with her flaws bared open for all the world to see.

Great performance. A few chapters repeated the same mood of despair and anger, back-to-back, which honestly had me to step away for a bit.

overall I would recommend to men and women a like. well done Brittany

Every woman in her 20s needs to read this.

This book spoke to my heart. Its entirely unapologetically transparent and painfully yet lovingly relatable. Love, heartbreak, expectations and disappointment encapsulated in seven stories, eight including her childhood, that combine as the coming of age message for all women.... after they've come of age. A must read before 30

Way more than I thought the book would be

I do follow Brittany on social media and I have always admired her boldness and loved her personality. I’d really firstly like to commend her on opening up her heart and mind to the world in this way, the picture on the front cover is not being naked it’s the words inside where she stands naked and vulnerable and that is immensely commendable. Brittany you are beyond brave and I love you for that! I really think with this book she has done something majority of people wouldn’t be able to do by putting herself out there in this way. She is an inspiration in so many ways. I admire you way more now than I did before. I say all this because of the book of course. The way she tells her story in her own personal style is amazing and really brings to surface her personality even more. You get to hear the start of Brittany’s journey from her childhood and some of the things that have made her the woman she is today. Her look on life and many things she’s done is relatable, inspirational and motivational. I could talk on and on about his book and how much I enjoyed it but I’m going to stop here. I would love to read more of this book but I have finished the book lol so please Brittany consider a sequel? Or even a different type of book? Also Brittany please don’t ever stop being YOU! ❤️

A Good Pass Time

To be honest I did not know what to expect from this book, it seemed to focus alot on the first individual and then just briefly covered the other 6 characters. I think the book itself for men and women especially is relatable at times - and she offers some good quotes and empowering advice.

Worst book let. Wouldn’t recommend.

I was so intrigued to read this to start. To my surprise it started off funny and dramatic which kept me interested but after the first character you start to realise, all the other chapters are the same stories just different guys. It’s all the same finger pointing and making the same mistakes in the same type of men. It’s badly written and littered with unbearable clichés. It sounds like she’s trying to be insightful, intellectual and poetic when really it’s just riffs of sayings all merged together. Really cringe-worthy at times and the dramatisation in her voice as she reads it makes it even worse. Sometimes even boarding childish but trying to be grown. Half way through the book, I was over it but carried on because I didn’t want to waste my monthly credit. There’s no character progression in the men or herself and there seems to be no real lessons learned. The last chapter she adds no potentially helpful guidance and it’s sad that she doesn’t end it with anything non-men related to show that women are more than the men they have been with or the lessons they have or have not learnt from them. The book is just several chapters about the bad experiences she has had with men. She takes no real acknowledgement to her part in these relationships or allows them to influence the next. Really disappointing as I follow her and expected more but sadly, I feel like with this one, she might be living up to the horrible expectations everyone puts on her. Sorry Brit.
