Amazing book
I'm going to keep it short and sweet. this is the best book on health and nutrition I've ever read. I literally just want to start it over from the beginning again right now. Bravo Shawn Stevenson bravo 👏

Very helpful and informative.
This book gave me a lot of updated information about nutrition that I really needed. The narrative was very quickly spoken though, and a little too loud for bedtime listening. Don't let that stop you though, listen before bed and learn

What a great Audio book! Mr Stevenson
This book has so many health gems, packed by scientific facts and articulated in a way that Shawn tells the story phenomenally. I have learned so much from listening to this audible-book it will definitely be on repeat.

Balance is key !
I have listened to this twice now, it’s value packed full of insightful information as well as realistic and actionable changes that we can all make. Many “diets” out there are so extreme to one side that you could only succeed if you were isolated with no family or a busy every day life hammering down on you… so basically a monk.
What I love about this book is the balance that he instills on the listener, for the long term I think it’s much more realistic and achievable and dare I say enjoyable.

Life changing experience
I heard Shawn on an YouTube interview and bought the book right away. I’ve applied these principles and my life has changed completely. I lost over 60lbs so far (8 weeks) and this is just the beginning of the rest of my life. I sleep better and achieve so much more in my life - and I’m hardly ever hungry anymore. Thank you Shawn.
