Excellent book on fasting for health

I have read a little on fasting but this book really clarified it for me. Well written and clearly read, ideal for anyone interested in fasting for health, weight loss or diabetes.

I really liked the way it answered all those niggly questions I had. Thank you for writing it!

Important message, boring performance

i believe i would have appreciated this book a lot more with a little less repetition. Perhaps much better to read this type of books instead.

simplifying it!

It was very easy to hear, understand and integrate the shared knowledge on this book. it is a must read for those who want to start and for those who are already doing it for yesrs, like me. I can refine my fasting now and also better informe others.

This book keeps me on target.

l love this book. I listen to it at night time, whilst in bed, or in the car. lt reads through tbe scientific process of various ailments, and fasting. A great listen.

Good Accompanyment to Obesity Code

If you have read obesity code and loved it then this is a book for you.
Sadly It's a different narrator than OC and not quite as good for it. Having said that I was not put off or irritated 😤 by the voice. Hence 4 stars.
