The key
The key to better communication. Was relieved this was not an old fashioned book, Definitely written for our times, Narrator was good but not incredible but very clear still

The start of the book (first 20 minutes or so) was a bit dull I thought but I stuck at it and after that it became very interesting and useful

Challenging
I found this book challenging but not in a a hard to understand or hard to listen to way.
More int he way that it challenged my previous thoughts on communication and really opened up a new area for me to discover.
