About this listen

Eli was spy to the lord of Dicks. He was happy and contented with life until the lord, in his infinite wisdom, tasked him with something far beyond his skill set. Eli was mad, and one split decision changed everything forever.

Eli, along with Bea, must find their place and tread carefully. Things were going well, and life was looking up, until they messed with the wrong person: the lord of Abby's Bottom.

This book is part of the Steve Sloan series and was told from multiple points of view. This is fine for me but I know some don't like it.

I did enjoy this book and there was humor in it as there was with Steve Sloan:New Beginnings, but it was a different type of humor as the point's of view were that of the natives of the world.

I only give this four stars because it was different from what I was expecting and I don't particularly like the narration. Don't get me wrong, I can live with it because the book is short but if I had to listen to the narrator for a prolonged length of time it would put me off.

Story 4 stars
Narration 2 stars
