This book is a must read for anyone interested in a deeper Christianity with the kind of spiritual practices missing from the mainstream Churches. If you've felt there is something to Jesus but are confused about the way he is usually presented then this is also for you. I have no fixed religion but I do have faith and this book has given me the missing pieces I needed to understand Christianity in a similar way to Buddhism or Vedanta which are much easier to grasp in my experience, perhaps because Christianity has been so severely warped but also because the scripture can be cryptic or wrapped up on allegory while the churches insist it's literal. Great read!
