Summary

Thirty-six years have elapsed since Jemma Stone's murder, an unsolved case consigned to history...or is it? Leap back to 1979 in this fast-paced, humorous whodunnit.

A clandestine organization requires a Change Agent to alter the past and ensure certain future events are averted. Frank Stone, a rough sleeper, becomes their latest target.

In 2015, as his life spirals downwards, Frank has fallen on hard times. However, fate hasn't finished with Frank.

The Correction Years Association slot Frank back in 1979, instructing him to change history. As Frank calamitously tries to readjust to his youthful life, the extensive list of potential murder suspects continues to grow.

Frank is running out of time, and unbeknown to him, he's not alone.

Back in 1979, the political landscape is changing, and so is Frank's past. Why does nothing seem to be how he remembered it? Can Frank identify the killer before time repeats? Will Frank succeed and change history? What are the penalties for failure?

Warm hearted tale through time

I wasn't sure what to expect from the synopsis but having enjoyed all of the authors other books I decided to try. Glad I did, a warm hearted time travel adventure with lots of interesting characters and plot.

Another good read

Read expertly by the narrator this is another brilliant Time Travelling nugget from the author. There is an immense amount of detail, the story is gripping and will want you wanting more at each tick and turn. There is also a nice nod to his previous character Jason. You wont be disappointed in this story!

did not like the narrator, or the voices he used for each character, nearly gave up on the story a few times.

Another winner from Adrian Cousins

Having listened and loved all previous Adrian Cousins audiobooks, I chose this as it has the same excellent narrator, Lee Beddow, who I loved listening to in the previous stories. This didn’t disappoint and I loved the small tie ins with the earlier stories. A roller coaster ride. I can’t recommend this highly enough.

Smelly Frank the Time Travel hero we all needed

A great addition to the Apsley Universe, with just enough crossover from the Jason Apsley books.

Once again, great narration from Lee Beddow.

a fine story with a character you can love...

I thought the premise was excellent and whilst the voices on the narrator were accidentally comical at times, I really enjoyed the yarn and the eventual outcome...
