I believe almost everything he said

I gonna keep meat and eggs but there are great lessons for life here to be shared. For a health beginner this is must, for someone as me health enthusiast it’s good refresh but couple of new things were learn as not taking probiotics after antibiotics, stool replacement sourdough might be actually good for you and I hope it is becouse I love it. Overall I been following this diet but with real protein. Can imagine how it can shift people life’s when they eat junk food

Good Book

I liked this book. I found it very informative about fibre and a lot more put into what to add to your diet, rather than what to stop eating.

The PDF that came with it was very comprehensive too.

Fantastic - loved this book

This book provides a lot of great information, science, tips, guidance and knowledge to make informed decisions.
Very much written for anyone to understand, it was a fantastic read and loved this book. I’d definitely recommend it.

Essential reading

Do not be put off by the slightly over-enthusiastic tone of the author and reader!. If you can listen with an open mind this book might well save, or extend your life!

Bit FODMAP heavy for anyone not suffering food intolerance. But lots of sound plant based information and recipes

Helpful and informative.

Quick, clear and heavily focused on practicality, "Fibre Fuelled" offers a great introduction into the benefits of plant-based or plant-led eating. There is little new information if you've read any book on the importance of including plants in your diet, but I still enjoyed the book very much and appreciated reminders of all the sciency bits.
