Summary
Summoned to a world in the midst of apocalypse, Daniel Black would have his hands full just staying alive. Add in refugees, desperate soldiers, scheming nobles and a pair of thoroughly wicked witches, and life is going to be very busy indeed. Good thing he has magic of his own to even the scales. But will even that be enough?

Really great story, but...
The story was pretty good, it keeps you wanting for more, the only thing I would complain about, the writing sometimes is not that fluid, specially in the conversation between the characters. And lastly, even Guy Williams narration is pretty good he should really work on his female voices a bit more.

Fun for grown ups
I wasn't too sure to start of with but I was sold by the end. This one is not for the faint hearted or prudish as the content is quite honestly so outlandish it left me shocked in some places.

A Incel's Isekai
hahahahahaha
This reads like the first attempt of a teenager with victim complex. It is a trashy power fantasy but edgier because the author talks about rape and stuff I guess. Also the fucking Norse gods beating the Greeks I sincerely doubt that ever happening in that books metaphysics.

Disappointing
Characters were slightly interesting but it was. Sadly More a soft porn story than adventure.

Some interesting elements but juvenile
It was marred by a thin plot and overly juvenile sexual indulgences. I’m by no means a prude and don’t mind strong sexual themes but this seemed like a teenagers wet dream. Ironically, it lacked adult enough expression.
Writing is sloppy and sometimes moved far to quick. I did like the concepts and magic scheme that was being developed. By the end of it I started to warm to the character but I don’t think I’ll pursue this series any further.

Really?
Didn't like the references to being attracted to young girls (what ever time); didn't like the female voices we're secondary to the all powerful men.... Didn't like the narrators attempt at a female voice making them sound like a children's nasalise Muppet character.. couldn't finish it.
When the book started I thought the main character was a looser and he was....
