About this listen
The secret to finding out anything you want to know is amazingly simple: Ask good questions. Most people trip through life asking bad questions - of teachers, friends, coworkers, clients, prospects, experts, and suspects. Even people trained in questioning, such as journalists and lawyers, commonly ask questions that get partial or misleading answers.
People in any profession will immediately benefit by developing the skill and art of good questioning. Find Out Anything From Anyone, Anytime will give you the power to:
- Identify and practice good questioning techniques
- Recognize types of questions to avoid
- Know the questions required when hearing
- Unconfirmed reports or gossip
- Practice good listening techniques and exploit all leads
- Determine when and how to control the conversation
- Gain real expertise fast
Within professional interrogation circles, Pyle is known as a strategic debriefer - meaning there is no one around him more skilled at asking questions and getting answers. He has been training other interrogators in questioning techniques since 1989.

Great book BUT..
Awesome information there but the book is “ broken “ it’s been released without anyone paying attention . You have to slow the narration speed to 0.8 or 0.9 to sound like a human being . Not the end of the world but not very professional. All in all Good book apart of this tech problem

Way too fast to digest properly.
Is there anything you would change about this book?
Hard to get past the speed, but could do more on how to build a series of questions. Touches on this with examples from interigations and court room battles, but these are sterile and rare scenarios. Would have been good to have some more real world examples.
What was most disappointing about James Pyle and Maryann Karinch ’s story?
I would have liked some comment on working out what it is you want to discover.
What didn’t you like about Walter Dixon’s performance?
Playback was way too fast.
Was Find Out Anything from Anyone, Anytime worth the listening time?
Meh, some good points and definitely helped me, but could have gone further.
