The Compassionate Coach
Awesome advice from a genuinely lovely dude. Great new ideas to get you thinking about ways to improve your physical and mental health, alongside cool new twists on established ones. This is a great addition to your fitness arsenal whether you are a beginner or more experienced in the gym.
Ben is also a delight to listen to, his story is inspiring and his knowledge is vast. Plus, the man's into Warhammer and Lord of the Rings, what more can you ask for!
