Dennis E Taylor has done it again ... a fantastic story that makes you feel like your in the room... just so impressive as are all his published books to date... a big shout out for the narration 5stars all round from me... again

Really surprised with this book, it was really enjoyable and could not turn it off. I did not actually know this was coming until release day, so it’s made my week. Loved the futuristic setting and crime detective elements. Can’t wait for Dennis’s next book.

Interesting listen with great narration by Ray Porter. AI could be like this which is why I worry about it, as many others do. It works well as a subject for a novel but gets one thinking about our future too.

Another great book by this author. The narrator is magnificent as always. Without giving away spoilers, readers of other titles by the same author might enjoy drawing parallels between these books.

Was a great listen. Smart even! Always interesting to see another take on Artificial Intelligence.
Narrator, Ray Porter, as always was excellent.

Dennis E. Taylor does a great job of exploring current thoughts on the near-future AI landscape with an informed approach, without making the listener feel out of the loop.

This isn’t Bobiverse (though the little nods were a nice touch). The pacing’s different, more focused, self-contained, and it suits the story.

Overall it’s an enjoyable listen - even if the second half didn’t quite hit as hard and the ending felt a bit unresolved. Still, fun and worthwhile.

(Ray Porter was top notch)

In typical Taylor style, the story line develops fast and all the clues are there for the inevitable plot twists so you can face palm yourself at the end of the book and go “of course!” Love the little nods to his other novels and characters in the Taylor’averse. Great book.
