I found it took a little while to get used to Louise's voice - it had that drawn out "trying to be calming" quality and I found this distracting - but that passed

The content - the visualisations? - felt longer than it took, in a very good way, it bought out good things - uncovered and helped to heal new areas.

I felt the forgiveness part challenging and also was distracted by whether this would be helpful - and wether it was appropriate or even fair. But that passed too, and it felt good after

I will go back to this again, several times I expect

Loved this, really has helped me to actually feel love for myself and to forgive people that have hurt me. Visualisation is such a powerful thing and if repeated it can really clear some of that anger and resentment out of your life. Highly recommended.
