About this listen
Embrace minimalism, take charge of your life, and redefine your priorities today!
At 35, Zoltan Gero was admitted to the hospital with a 30 percent chance of dying. Instead of traumatizing him, his brush with death turned into clarity and inspiration to build a new, meaningful life.
Freedom of Habits is an authentic product of the wisdom that came with his near-death experience and became his new mantra: Each of us only gets one life. It is up to us to make it matter.
This comprehensive guide to minimalism will teach you:
- why habits matter and how they can help you make changes a reality
- how to declutter your life and only make space and time for what really matters
- how to become a true minimalist and achieve more by doing less
- what you can do to minimize your impact on the environment
- how to stop feeling anxious and eliminate the fear of missing out
- how to come up with habits that stick and help you become a better person
- what an amazing effect organizing your time can have on your productivity and peace of mind
There are a lot of books on minimalism out there, but this guide will give you the insight and tools you need to transform your life.

I love this book
It’s a great book with some practical advices, although as practical as they look I haven’t been able to implement anything yet. One of the best audiobook I have listen recently.
