Do you try again and again to implement sustainable organizational systems without any success? Does the reason for your clutter always seem to come down to too little time or not enough space?

If so, the time has come to look at the clutter beneath the clutter - the fears, doubts, and energy drains that are the true culprits of the muck.

How to make sense of the clutter

Explaning the core issues behind the clutter. Don't like the narrator's voice. Repetetive. Mental view of the clutter, instead of basic decluttering tips. From a huge house to the tiny house.

Not great, but not terrible either.

A good self-help audiobook has insights jumping out of it -- this only has a few, and not significant enough to really stir anything up.

However, the main issue I have with this book is that the author expects you to write things down and journal. Now, if you're cluttered I cannot see how it will be easy to keep an ordered journal -- that will surely just add to the clutter.

Personally, I listen to audiobooks when driving or walking -- so I never do the written exercises, and as such the directions here are largely pointless.
