Health for life

Whilst I enjoy Pilates, I hadn't heard of wall Pilates before. The audiobook included a free PDF with clear illustrations of each exercise. The ten-minute routines help you to put into practice what you have learned about wall Pilates and focus on different areas of the body including your core. Whilst the audiobook is aimed at seniors, age is just a number, after all, the information is useful for everybody interested in improving their balance and flexibility.
