Summary

When Oliver loses his job and his lover in the space of a few months he feels, aged 38, that the best of his life is behind him. Unexpectedly, his life is transformed when he encounters an extraordinarily beautiful redhead on a train just minutes before a stranger offers him cash to courier a mysterious package out of the country.

Money, travel, and adventure are suddenly within his grasp and so, amazingly, is the young man to share them with. Getting Orlando

As often happens when I finish listening to Anthony McDonald's voice completing another of his novels, I feel a great sense of emptiness, as it means another goodbye to those whose life and loves I have been fortunate to share. In Getting Orlando, you ,the next partaker in these amazing lives,created for us the reader or listener , must see how the lives of Oliver and Orlando affect your love for them.I promise you will not be disappointed.
