Prioritize Gut Health

If you are dealing with a leaking gut like me, this is the perfect book for you. This is everything you need. This book has been incredibly helpful to me in understanding what foods I should be adding to my diet and which ones might be causing my stomach difficulties. It teaches you what you can do to make your Gut happy!

Wish I read this sooner

It is amazing what all the gut can do. And all the other aspects of health that rely on the gut to work properly. This book explained how this all works in clear language and gave a path for how to use what we just learned in our everyday lives. I wish I read this book sooner!

This book gives you everything needed to know and more.

Wow this is the best book I have ever had on this subject. I love learning and thought that I had quite a good understanding of the gut and gut health but there is so much education in this book. The explanations are easy to understand and I will be making better choices after this book and now understand why others around me have issues too.
I would highly recommend this book.

Your gut will thank you after listening to this.

This is my first audible book and I just sat back and listened. It was that easy.

Listening to this book will transform how you think about what you put into your mouth and also what comes out the other side. It certainly did for me.

It is written as a story and the journey is fascinating. I have bought other books on health and this is the first one that I have finished because it is so easy to listen to. The book is jam packed (careful about the sugar!) full of useful information which is clearly referenced so I know that they are not just opinions. I should add that it is not a textbook - that would have put me off.

I relate to so much of what is in this book, mainly because I have suffered from IBS and Diverticulitis. I am now in control and I have made changes since listening to this book. The Bristol Chart was actually interesting and I view poop in a different light now.

I see this as especially relevant due to the current NHS focus on testing one's stools.

It IS time to take care of your gut and this book helps so much.

Excellent!!

This is a great instructional guide for how to to have better health by taking better care of your gut health. The author gives specific examples of how your gut health makes a difference in your overall well being. I really loved the specific examples the author provided to make in your lifestyle and daily habits that would make a difference.

This book also has some of the authors favorite recipes that I’m looking forward to trying. It's written in simple terms and has easy steps to follow to have a healthier gut!

This is a great book to start your new year off with so that you can accomplish your goal of “getting healthier.”

This book speaks to everyone, time to get control!

We all need better lifestyle changes. I knew i needed a lot of assistance because i failed to care for my gut. When you're a teen, you don't think about much of everything as life is freely available; once you are in your 20s, 30s, and 40s, people notice a slight decline in body operations from how you treat yourself. The wonderful advice passed by the narrator was very welcoming by her nice soft voice. The information within really covers the understanding how gut bacteria works along with the immune system and your metabolism. Everything is broken down into perfect sections that will be easy to find later on when you listen to it again. If you want to know how to make a protein smoothie, there are recipes to really start off your day. You'll be comforted to know the author welcomes visitors to her website. I cant wait to see what else she writes about.
