Heavy is my heart to see this series end, but it has been a wild and amazing ride with the Vikings MC and it all comes to a head in the last book of the series. I could say the authors saved the best for last, but that would not be fair to the earlier books because they are just as fabulous as this and they all lead up to it too. This last book is the club’s president, Cade, and FBI Agent Murphey Flynn’s story and it is safe to say all the earlier books were foreplay leading up to this one and how their relationship plays out in this book. Murphey has been a thorn on the Vikings side from the get go, but overtime she has realized she has the same end goal as them, and when battling bad guys who are in powerful positions, she knows who she needs to team up with to take them down. She steps up to the plate when the Vikings take a big hit, scrambles to put pieces in place to make them work. Working with the Vikings is not ideal for her career, and she is not one to give up power, but she does not have to because it is more of a partnership than a dictatorship, one that really works. This is an action packed, opposites-attract, enemies-to-lovers romance, and I loved how it all played out. The story has the perfect balance of drama, angst, twists and turns, thrilling and suspenseful moments, heartfelt emotions and steamy romance. Members from another chapter came in to help and I am hoping we meet them all again and I hope it isn’t the last we hear of the characters from this series, too. Cathleen Cole and Frank Jensen, thank you for this amazing story and wild ride.

🎧📚🎧 Allyson Voller and Tyler Darby have done an amazing job with these characters and they have been consistent with their character voices and the quality of the audio and their performance has been top-notch throughout the series. Voller played every role with perfection, grasping every aspect of their personality, including Murphey, a badarse in her own rights, strong and independent. Darby was just as fantastic in his roles, also grasping all sides of their personalities, including Cade, playing like the hardened MC Prez, but did not shy away from showing his caring side. They set the perfect tone for the story, captured all the characters’ emotions and had you feeling them all. These two make a great team and their performance elevates the already amazing story to another level. Thank you for another fantastic listen.

There was so much happening in this one.
Things were finally coming to a head with the Vikings MC, there were leads to track down, loose ends to tie up and bad guys to take down.
There was also plenty of passion and angst between Murphy and Kade.
This was intense from the start, but full of found family, belonging and live.

Loved the dual narration of Allyson Voller and Tyler Darby

This is Cade and FBI Agent Murphey Flynn’s story. Murphey has been a thorn on the Vikings side. She soon realised that the Vikings and herself are fighting against the same powerful enemy. Also she needs to team up with the MC to take down the enemy. Working with the Vikings is not ideal for her career. Cade and Murphey find themselves working as a team. Soon thes two who have been become lovers. his is an action packed, full of drama, angst, twists and turns, emotions and steamy romance.

What an ending to this series! This is the couple I have been waiting for, Murphy and Cade. This book picks up right where we left off, and it's a volatile situation. Injuries and chases, the club is in trouble. Murphy has embedded herself into this club, not ever hiding the fact that she is FBI. She is on a mission to take down the drug dealers, and is hoping with help and connections, Cade can do it. But more happens with this couple than is planned. A spark has ignited and despite Murphy's snarky attitude and lack of lady like activities, Cade is taken with her. Murphy knows she is a bit harsh, but she still has linked herself not only with Cade but all the people in the club, including the women. Now the danger is coming fast and hard. Will they come out with the desired result? I could not stop listening to this story. First, I couldn't wait to finally get these two together. They are perfectly matched and it just took a little time. Secondly, the story is heating up, and the characters are all showing their true colors. The scenes are graphic, but they only aid in the story telling of just how dangerous things are and just how devious people can be. Murphy has a decision to make at the end, it may be a surprise not only to her! Loved this series!

Tyler Darby and Allyson Voller finish out the series with a collaborative performance that kept my attention and had me glued to my earbuds. Darby has such a great voice for these alpha males. A little growly at times, a bit authoritative, but a teddy bear as well! Allyson Voller reaches in her repertoire and pulls out Murphy! Tough as nails and only slightly vulnerable, she is decisive and ready for battle. Loved these two together, they created a fantastic world to visit!
