Absolute pleasure
Jeremy Sinden, the narrator, is an absolute pleasure to listen to. I have liked his rendition of Heavy Weather so much that I went on to get his other readings of PG Wodehouse's novels. Would highly recommend!

Entertaining
I watched Jeeves & Worcester years ago & loved it and had always intended to read P.G.Wodehouse but never got round to it, so got this the other day when it popped up and I am really glad I did so. Whilst it only caused me to chuckle a few times, it is funny and not quite as 'painful' to see characters personal problems as in other comedy (I'm thinking of Faulty Towers etc). There are so many twists, turns and 'wrong ends of the stick' that it managed to surprise me, with me only anticipateing one thing that happened. Initially I was confused by all the different players but think that other books centered on same family will be easier to follow from the start. The narration of all characters was fantastic...often I can be annoyed men attempting to voice female people but he did it brilliantly. Each character had their own distinct voice and the emotion was there with it. Bravo, I will be getting more of theses stories & help while away hours doing boring tasks.

Wonderful
Best of Wodehouse. Hilarious, clever and narration is so so good.
Been listening to this to get off to sleep, instead I’ve kept the whole house awake by laughing out loud. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

Another Joy
What bliss, a Blandings castle yarn I had not heard before and an excellent reading by J Sinden, again a first for me….. it’s not an easy task to rang believably from Lady Constance to Purbright the pig man via the stately Beech and sprightly Galahad, Mr Sinden nails it and the plot (s) are not foolishly over complex as in some other bits of the Wodehousian world. I recommend this whole heartedly

Best Wodehouse to date
I have listened to 15 Wodehouse on Audible to date and this is the best performance of all. Story is great, characters magnificent, language inspirational and reading absolutely the best.

Excellent
As witty as ever and very well read by Jeremy Sinden. I am loving the Blandings series almost as much as Jeeves.

A sunshine filled joy!
The sun always shines at Blandings Castle, true there are storms and 'Heavy Weather' but eventually the sun will come out again and shine upon the inmates of the castle. If you are already a fan of Wodehouse, then you will love it . If you are new to the delights of Blandings, I would suggest starting at the beginning with 'Something Fresh'. Although to be fair it doesn't really matter too much. A complete joy from beginning to end.

Delightful
This is an excellent narration of a lovely and beautifully written comedy. Despite the inerrant silliness of these books the quality of Wodehouse’ English is wonderful and the plotting ingenious.
