I need this just in time!

I have a busy life, however not from an employer, but from the work I give myself because I always want to keep working hard to achieve my goals. Lately, I’ve been feeling overwhelmed and burnt out. Reasonably Simple Steps to a Healthy Lifestyle

I would say this audiobook seems like a friend helping me attempt to balance myself while living a busy lifestyle. The way it merged the health of the body, mind, and spirit impressed me since, normally, most activities or programs dealing with human well-being take up the entities one by one. The voice is soothing, and so empowering as she sets forth ambitious undertakings. I appreciated some of the very practical suggestions but felt that a bit more focus on how to overcome some specific obstacles busy people face could add to the value. Still, this is a good starting point for someone who wants to align their wellness goals with daily life.
