Great Guide
This book is totally relatable to me- I am a menopausal woman in her fifties wanting to feel healthier and happier. This audiobook was really helpful and educational. It explains how to incorporate intermittent fasting into your life and explains how that will boost your energy and overall wellbeing. The chapters on hormonal balance helped me to understand how intermittent fasting can help with that as well as the weight loss. This book made sense to me and gave me some hope to feel better. It provides the steps simply and I feel it is totally doable. The meal plans were a plus as well.

Helped me understand why this could work for me
I have heard a lot about intermittent fasting, and I know a couple of people who do this as a way of life. I never quite bought into it until I read an article about it being a possible approach to preventing diabetes, which runs in my family. The narrator did a good job, but it sounded a little echo-y, which is the only reason for the 4-star performance rating. Anyway, a friend of mine gifted me this audiobook so I could check it out. I learned more about intermittent fasting than I ever knew before, including the science behind it and how versatile it an be. Now, I am working on determining which eating window will work best with my lifestyle so that I can stick to this long-term. I expect to say goodbye forever to those last 15 stubborn pounds.
