Very helpful
Listening to this, I felt like the author really understood my frustration and my inability to get free from my thoughts. Decisions are so hard for me. I think, re-think, and then don't myself, change my mind, and never ever settle on a decision. This audiobook helped give me new ways to think about my anxiety, overcome it, and move forward with much less worry and anxiety.

Save yourself from wasted time and stress
I am one of those people who feels like he has tried everything. I've been in therapy to discuss overthinking, and looked through most additional resources I come across. This book's tips and tricks have felt the most practical of almost anything I've seen. It feels like you can actually put the information to use in your daily life from day one, and then with practice you can start seeing a real difference. I shared some of it with my therapist and they think it's really cool and want to check it out for themselves now too.
