a usefu and short introduction to people reading
Has examples that we meet everyday.Makes a good introduction for many chapters. There is still space to add more information and detail but this would make the book longer.Would recommend to someone to spend their time on this book

Highly Recommended
So there's a few social skills I have a natural difficulty with. For me these include things like reading body language, eye contact, determining if something is literal or figurative, etc. While I do understand body language, It doesn't always come naturally to me - I might miss seemingly obvious things like someone doing the "Come here" motion with their hand, Someone needing me to get something for them that's behind me and pointing at it . A book like this is incredibly valuable to me, since it shows me what the body language looks like and what it means or may mean. Since I don't always recognize these things, even moreso than most people - This audio book is worth it's weight in gold to me.

Helpful
At the beginning for ME was boring, because I've been reading about body language for the last 6 months as well always I like to observe people's behaviour.
The most important information I received was in the last 3 chapters, because it explains very well how to read or catch a liar. Whoever guys, do not assume nothing, always look for more information on non verbals before make an statement. The easiest non verbals occurs when someone is nervous. But the hardest one it's to tell when someone is manipulating an information. Sometimes they are professionals.
