About this listen

Eddie Malloy, trying to get his career back on track, finds himself in the gunsights of a cunning killer who is maiming and murdering racing personalities with a zeal and purpose that terrifies the racing world and mystifies the police.

Eddie is convinced the killer has a definitive hit list for these ritual slayings, and when he discovers he is high on the list, he knows he has to become the hunter not the hunted.

Eddie Malloy sequel that is as good as the original. The foundation of an excellent series. Characters are interesting & narrator is growing on me

Really good sequel

Jump jockeys are quick witted, young and brave. Racing officials are well spoken, many from military backgrounds, so the slow pondering older voiced narrator for the MCs in the book hampers the speed and spirit of the sport and the tale. I managed 2.5 hrs of wanting the narrator to kick on and stop plodding. Have enjoyed many books by these authors before, and have been into horseracing from a very early age, hence choosing this book, I was so exasperated I had to give up. DISAPPOINTING

Heavy going
