About this listen
The sensational new novel from Becky Albertalli, best-selling author of Simon vs the Homo Sapiens Agenda.
Imogen may be hopelessly heterosexual, but she’s got the World’s Greatest Ally title locked down. And when she visits her best friend, Lili, at college who is newly-out, newly-graduated, and newly thriving, with a cool new squad of queer college friends, no one knows that Imogen’s a raging hetero – not even Lili’s best friend, Tessa.
Of course, the more time Imogen spends with chaotic, freckle-faced Tessa, the more she starts to wonder if her truth was ever all that straight to begin with…
With an irresistible cast of characters, hugely funny and empathetic writing, and all of Becky Albertalli's trademark warmth and wit, Imogen, Obviously beautifully explores the nuances of sexuality, identity, and friendship – perfect for fans of Alice Oseman and Adam Silvera.

I LOVED THIS BOOK (obviously)
I never hesitate to pick up a new Becky Albertalli book when it drops, simply because I know she will never let me down. Imogen, Obviously was no exception. It was a heartwarming story of discovering who you really are and growing up, which felt incredibly realistic and well done. I love Imogen, I love her outlook on life and her clothes and the way she loves so largely. Please listen to this audiobook, you’ll love it. Obviously.

Great Story
So I really enjoyed this story. I thought the narration was done so well. My only criticism is when the narrator is reading the message threads. I think I would have preferred to read those specific parts rather than listen to them as the back and forth was a bit annoying.
But other than that a really enjoyable and relatable audiobook.

Very gay
Never got this much gender envy from a book. Was not warned how gay this book was, pleasantly surprised

THIS WAS INCREDIBLE AND IT MADE ME CRY
I sobbed at multiple times throughout this book. Never have I felt so seen and heard and represented. This is a beautiful story that is also so well written, and the narrator does it justice. The friendships and sister-relationship was everything to me, as well as the romance.
