About this listen
Entrapped in her grief and sorrow, Lexi roams through life with no purpose. She has not been the same ever since an accident took away her high school boyfriend and soul mate. For a while, Lexi could still feel Matt with her and the dreams reassured her that they were still connected, but with time, the dreams started to fade and the pain of his absence deepened. She was convinced that he was gone, and with him, so was part of her soul, the part of her soul that had been imprinted by Matt.
It would take a different type of imprint to bring Lexi back to life, but that imprint would come with a price. The dangers of being with a vampire who still has strong ties to his human life, and the possibility of losing what is left of her connection with her one and true soul mate, Matt; a hidden connection that still lives within the shadows of what is left of her soul.

This is brilliant!
I’m in love with these characters. The storyline is unique and thrilling. With likeable characters and lots of action Daniele has written a great book. A brilliant performance from Krys and Grant. Looking forward to the next book.

Leaves you hungry for more
Alexis and Matt are soul mates. That is until a cruel twist of fate takes Matt away. Then Alexis is barely existing. That is until her parents send her to Italy. I love the twists and turns of the story. I devoured the book in one day. I got this book from the author and this is my honest and voluntary review.

Imprinted Souls
Lexie is grieving the loss of her boyfriend and the only one seeming to be able to reach her is her best friend. So her parents send her on a trip before senior year. Life gets very interesting from here. Fantastic narration.

brilliant, twist and turns that keep you listening
I really enjoyed this book and the narration was spot on, Krys Janae does a brilliant job of conveying Lexis grief, happy was, enjoyment, confusion at the various events in her life. The deverstating loss of her soulmate, almost destroys her so you feel genuinely happy for her when she's offered the trip of a lifetime with her best friend to study in Italy for the summer.
When things take an interesting, if sinister turn, Lexi is exposed to a world sh never suspected existed and it weirdly brings her back to herself. it's really nice watching the relationship between the characters grow, especially the connection between Lexi and Tyler, they are both reluctantly drawn together and the relationship grows from there. It makes a nice change to not have a direct "villain" for the main characters to fight against, the story is truly about the developing relationships and I really like that.
Krys Janae brings real heart to this take on a vampire love story, each character is strong and distinct, I especially love her accents, when she switches it's just so natural you believe in the character instantly.
I look forward to the next book and more character development and progression in the story.

Wow
The depth of emotions that this book portrayed was so good and the storyline i fond to be very unique. This is one of those stories that shocks you with how good it is and leaves you absolutely desperate for the next one. The suspense that was built with what will happen next was well done and the narrators pacing and different voices I felt really helped make me invested in this book.
