This book's tips are so effective!
I've never heard of intermittent fasting let alone try it. I was desperate and a friend told me about it. I was then desperate again to learn all that I could about it to see if it was a good fit. This book's tips are so effective! So happy!

An easy to read and complete guide
It explains the science behind bodybuilding, recommended foods and meal structures, workouts, and proper form. Though you can't get proper form from a book, it does describe the movements properly and explains the reason for that movement. He is half-way through the 12-week course and is already noticing a huge difference in his physique and strength. Now if only someone would write as good of an informational book about his other interest. I think that one would sell like crazy.

This book is a must-read for everyone out there, who is doing a lot to lose weight but not getting results. The Author has shared great content and tips for intermittent fasting. This book is full of good work and amazing information for those, who want to lose weight. This book is great!
It truly gave me everything I needed to start a structured workout routine. My favorite part was the drawings and the detailed tips for positioning of the body. It really helped me to understand exactly how to get the exercise right! I’m excited to progress in my program!
