Love it. REally a good book!
I did a lot of research before buying books on fasting, and this one came highly recommended. I enjoyed listening it and the message resonated with me. I also read authors book on obesity and, between these two books, feel my life is about to change for the better. Recommend it! Well done!

Well done.
Excellent book. I had started the ketogenic diet seven weeks ago. As I progressed with the diet the hunger started disappearing. Take the time to read the forward because it does explain some very useful insights into why things may or may work. Amazing book! Well done.

So amazing!
This is one of the best intermittent fasting audio book i have ever listen. All the information is laid out in easy to understand terms and gives you all the tools to become healthier. The time taken to follow through the processes and advise suggested in this book was worthwhile and beneficial. we found this audio book to be very valuable and highly informative. I would must recommend it.

Brilliant Guide and Narration
As someone looking to lose weight I'll be using the advice in here and starting I.F tomorrow, finally trying to sort my health out! Anyways this book has offered so many insights into Intermittent Fasting and how to utilize it properly, and the narrator kept me engaged throughout highly recommend.

Amazing book
Doing this is one of the methods that you can use with intermittent fasting. it is simple and still allows you to eat. but when you try to put all your calories into just a few meals a day, you are naturally going to eat less, while still feeling full.

Really good book
I particularly liked very clear explanation of the role of insulin and the reasons fasting is the way to go as-well as excellent, short explanation of different methods of IF. I wish I had had these when I first started exploring fasting. I really liked this book and would recommend it everyone.
