My nan for example had my mom at the age of 43 with no IVF, in the middle of post war recession. I’m not saying that I disagree with the research but I equally think that for a person who wants to get pregnant reading all this may only cause anxiety…so much to buy, check and control! Shouldn’t it be that a healthy diet, exercise’d be already good enough with some folate/vitamin D help? My review is more of the discussion rather than the actual review. I find the book informative but a bit frightening. Very good for those wanting to prepare the body for pregnancy and make sure nothing is missing.
But also worth remembering that some of the vitamins like e.g. retinol (vitamin A) can be harmful for a baby, so I would recommend talking to the GP.
Good information but confused me
