This is a very useful and informative book.

This book answers all your questions before you can ask them and the Charts and recipes make the daily Praxis of keto easy to understand and follow! It truly inspires one to take responsibility for your own health!

Very helpful and reasonable.

I purchased this book being more interested in the ketogenic lifestyle and wanting to dive deeper into it. The author of this book is very down to earth and teaches you about the lifestyle, all while teaching you to listen to your body.

If you want to know more about why normal diets don’t work, how keto is different, and get some good recipes, then get this book. This is a clear audble book

Very helpful guide!

As someone who has a naturally high protein diet, I needed a way to get information and ways of practically changing my diet for long term health goals and not a crash course diet regime.

This audio book is really awesome!

This book is incredibly detailed and very informative about ways to manage your own personal ketogenic diet. I had tried ketosis before and failed miserably but after finding author's book I finally had success and relief from my symptoms!

I like this book.

I finally ordered the book and it is awesome! The recipes are easy to follow and there so many different ideas for anything you might crave. Can not recommend this enough
