great resource for the aging female

I remember leaving the doctor feeling so defeated a few years back when he said "this is just the way your body is now". meaning, I had to be "fat" forever.

To be honest, I'd accepted it until I came across this book. I've started to implement something new one week at a time and can feel my body being more energized and even balanced? if that makes sense.

Useful for understanding intermittent fasting

My wife was looking for books that explained the menopause and came across this unexpected book that actually focuses more on intermittent fasting and keto diet as ways of feeling younger and more energised as the body goes through radical changes before and during the menopause. Useful information on how it impacts females over 40 and has certainly given some great ideas for my wife who is looking at all the approaches to manage some of her hot flushes she is currently experiencing.
