Practical Tips and guidance
As a mom who has a teenage girl who struggles with anxiety, this was a great book for me to be able to listen to. The author takes a compassionate approach and has an understanding tone that made me feel that they understand and they are here to support teens who are looking to transform their perspective on anxiety. I've been sharing the tips in the book with my daughter and we have started implementing some. The plan is for her to listen to the book but she has ADHD so getting her to focus during a book can be difficult.
The book uses CBT methods that help teens face their anxieties head-on without overwhelming them but instead are aimed to provide relief. The author does a good job explaining all the negative ways that anxiety can impact our lives so they can begin to understand the importance of why anxiety must be addressed. The author reviews how to release those heavy burdens they carry around and discover the path to inner peace.
Great book for teens and parents of teens to understand how to address anxiety.

Tips to overcome anxiety.
What a fantastic book for the weekend I completed last night and it gives me a bluster of confidence about a thing I thought about all the time. Yes, that's anxiety.
I love how the author portrays that being depressed and feeling alone and living in anxiety is common nowadays, not in the teens but also in adults, but thankfully, this title helps me with lots to get some tips to overcome this issue.
I likewise need to see the value in the storyteller for making this title worth paying attention to.

Teen anxiety
With two kids of my own, I saw firsthand the anxiety and stress felt starting in middle school. Sometimes it was writing projects, friends or just a messy room that would eliminate their ability to make a decision, distance them from everyone or other harmful patterns. This author does a great job connecting with its readers, and it obvious has a deep desire to help. If you feel you may be suffering from CBT, this book helps you understand your feelings and provides practical strategies to overcome anxiety.

Very helpful for me and my daughter
My daughter is 19 and suffers from both an eating disorder and anxiety. She won;t listen to anything I say, and I'm not qualified either, so this book was a godsend for both of us. This way she gets great advice from someone who isn't her father, and I got to understand her condition and anxieties much more. The techniques in the book were really useful. Thoroughly recommend.
