Resilience Is Key
My favorite book regarding business is The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen Covey! And this book Building Unshakeable Business Resilience is my new favorite. I have had to be resilient all my life, but the concept of training employees in an organization to become resilient never crossed my mind until now. I recommend this book to business owners, entrepreneurs, corporate and governmental organizations.

Very Resourceful

Great read
This audiobook is great for business people who want to make their businesses stronger and ready for any challenges. It is full of helpful ideas and tips that you can start using in your business or even in your personal life right away. I learned the concept called "hormesis," which is about finding the best way to work. The idea is that by adding a little stress, making small changes, trying different things, and taking time to rest and recover, we can work better. The book provides practical ways to use hormesis to improve both personal productivity and business health. I feel much more confident after listening to this.
Anyone can understand and relate to the content of this book, no matter their experience level. I highly recommend it!

This book is fantastic at laying out a method to prepare yourself, your business and your team for the challenges that occur.
By using this method you prepare your team before it is needed and so are able to handle tough situations from a stronger foundation.
