Great book!

Great book filled with lots of helpful information, insights and nuggets of wisdom to distill a point.
I really recommend this if you are an account manager or working in sales or commercial side of a business in general.

the narrator was engaging and eloquent, although there were a few stuttering moments, coughs and repeated lines that would really improve the listening experience if they were edited out.
