I really enjoyed this walkthrough of the Bible. It is a series of 24 lectures given out to an audience and whilst you are aware of them, they dont detract from the quality of the recording in tone or content.
It was about 90% perfect and enjoyable and you will get a very strong sense of the entire message of the Bible listening to this book. A really good summary.

The research is very through and most of the time he will link up ideas from the old and new testaments with ease and in a way that makes complete sense. This was particularly helpful for me.

Why not 5 stars then? I hear you ask. When he strays from the Bible and goes into alternative theory mode its almost impossible to discern how he arrived there.

In my opinion he really lets himself down when he deviates from the text and starts up with his hidden codes / Alternative theories in the Bible.

Ignoring these parts of the talks, makes this a 5/5 book.

A terrific survey, important for any aspiring Christian. I found the Old Testament coverage more useful, but its all worth listening to over and over again.

If you’re wanting a greater understanding of the Bible, then I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase this audiobook. It will open your eyes to this masterfully inspired book. We are all called to grow in the knowledge of our Lord, and this is a wonderful aide to that.

Love chuck missler, RIP. This was made a while ago and sitting halfway through 2024 it rings so true with prophecy. he is not scared to be honest, outspoken and has clearly studied scripture. amazing and highly recommend for someone serious

Absolutely loved this Audible book. So much powerful information.
I am on my third listen. I thought I would be a bit lost at first because of the depth and insight but if you stick with it for a bit, you soon become enthralled with the depth and breadth of all the valuable information that he imparts with the listener.

I can honestly say I Absolutely love listening to this.

It's a comes across as a rich trove of years, decades of bible study.

If you want to learn the whole history of the bible, including science, astrology, evolution, paleontology, archaeology, anthropology, you name it.

Very, very good Audible sessions. I can't recommend enough.

I know this is trivial as a complaint, but CM sucking his teeth and smacking his lips became a little hard to take after a while.
Mind you, a good book is a good book, and these things didn't impede the message's delivery or depth.
Well worth hearing, but be warned about the sucking and flapping sounds!!!!!
