recommending to others... such a great book regarding contemporary love. Analysing the relationship between love and compassion. Yes a future where love is integrated into all aspects of life and living.

Loveability is a book which had me hooked from the moment I started listening. This book has a candid and direct approach to love, and is narrated openly and truthfully by Holden who gives lots of useful advice on how to love myself and others from a place of authenticity. Holden's affirmations "I am loveable" and one I adapted from the book was "I forgive myself" are simple but incredibly affective in helping shift any mindset towards love and gratitude. Just lovely, thank you! x

Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?

I enjoyed some elements of the book but all the god and spirit stuff was superfluous.

What could Robert Holden have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

Made this more practical and accessible to atheists as well as theists. The book assumes the listener to have a belief in some sort of higher power.

Did the narration match the pace of the story?

It was pleasant enough. Story is not an appropriate category for non-fiction and one which I would prefer Audible to make optional.

Was Loveability worth the listening time?

I am glad I listened to it but I spent a lot of time cringing and getting irritated by all the god stuff.

Some nice lessons but too much spiritual stuff.

this book will transform your life. It did that to me and I am so grateful to Robert Holden that finally someone is explaining what is really love. How important it is to love yourself. I am 43 years old and only now I realise it was my ego and not my true self who has feared love for so long. Really a recommendation for all who suffers with low self image, for all cancer patients, for all depressed people.

I had no idea what this was about, I just searched for 'love' in Audible. It's opened my eyes to so much more reading and thinking and a new way of living. I loved this so much I'm going to buy the paperback as well so I can underline all the best bits to mediate on.
