Andross Silver has a nice life...until he is pushed off a building and finds himself in a new world.

Reborn into a family that wants to kill him, gifted with a System, and armed with determination, Andross must rise to the challenges of a strange new world he suddenly finds himself in.

His only blessing is the Mark of the Crijik, a magical gift from a divine being that bestows great powers onto those that possess it.

It also kills them at the age of 25.

Andross must master magic to help him carve a path to greatness and overcome the countdown of death that has been placed upon him.

Experience the start of an Isekai LitRPG adventure about an unexpected hero coming of age in his new home, progressing in power and abilities as he unlocks the secrets of magic, and a System that may not be as trustworthy as it seems.

Lol 😆 loving it

LOL the kid is interesting but the storyline is too slow and I did not get a lot of the book I wanted more but there wasn't enough and he's not even a book 2 you. Don't get me wrong the book is amazing the storyline is amazing and the expansion is amazing and everything is balanced. I did not like that there was not a lot of the book the story was too slow for 10 hours 48 minutes

Talking and thinking babies!

Must admit I wasn't sure what to think when I started listening to this book but I was more than pleasantly surprised. I enjoyed the story line and look forward to listening to more.

decent story but only gets going towards the end

while decent I have a few issues with the story mostly the issue is the MC he is your typical iskei MC with modern day sensibilitys ie animal cruelty murder etc the problem with this is that it makes things weird at certain parts of the story and you know for a fact it's going to come back to bite him

the other issue is that like a lot of litrpgs stats like intelligence really don't work like the story suggest there was multiple times where I could see where something was going but the MC with his supposed intelligence takes forever to realise and it's not like I'm particularly on the high end of iq ,The reality of this is that the author wants certain things to happen so they do even when it's illogical

Really fun :)

It's a story about a baby magician. Some reviewers complain about the premise since most (all) of the book the mc is a baby/toddler. I thought the description of the book mentioned it but it clearly could be spelled out better. That said, I can easily recommend this book for being interesting and fun and it sets up an exciting next book.

don't be fooled the the other reviews

whiney main character that constantly panics and worries while also not actually doing anything constructive to help himself and then gets angry and upset when the world doesn't just bend to his will, do not believe the other reviews when they compare it to other books like legend of the arch magus other than them both being reincarnated they are nothing alike

Inexplicably Boring

Firstly, it spends an inordinate amount of time (whole book really) in the least appealing growth period (baby); and the reflections and ruminations are incredibly simplistic and often quite inane. It actually becomes so boring that the only reason I finished it was through disbelief. I have never finished a book so angry before - though I have stopped reading much worse books. It's not even a pleasant slice of life story but rather a boring prologue dragged out over nearly 11 hours. The narrator does his best with what he has but his voice is ill-suited to communicating a baby's first person story.

Also, the cover art is massively misleading. It gives the impression that the MC will be of a reasonable age throughout the meat of the book, when of course he remains a baby. Add that to the description of the book - "adventure about an unexpected hero coming of age in his new home" - it really feels like they are misleading us intentionally.
