Solid advice, tailed off towards end
Well structured book, but advice and to an extent the structure seemed to fall off a cliff.

Straightforward, actionable advice
I enjoyed this book and found the advice helpful. Each piece of advice is accompanied by actions which you can take immediately to improve your focus. I listened to the whole thing without starting any of the actions, now I intend to go through it more slowly and do all of them.
I really feel as though it will make a big difference in my productivity levels.

a catalogue?
this is just a platform for other books from the author. instead of explaining a topic the reader is referred to another book. That's quite disappointing. I would recommend a more comprehensive book instead
