Truely best!
I’m a vegetarian and looking into exploring new ways to incorporate more protein and fiber in my diet. This book is great with providing insight on how I can truly get the most out of a plant base diet. A kitchen keeper!

This book is exceeded my expectations!! It is a must-get for healthy eating habits and amazing recipes! She gives great ideas for when you're traveling. I travel a lot for work, so I know those tips are going to be very helpful. I think, this is best book for everyone who want to loss weight and get healthy lifestyle.

Enjoy listening and make this simple recipes.
This book provided a great overview of meal prep. I liked that there were several different options for meals per week that you could choose from. While I haven't tried many of the recipes yet, they all look and sound delicious. It's a great guide for someone who wants to learn how to meal prep, with easy to follow directions, suggestions and recipes.
