It's quite difficult to write a review for something so short but, I have to say that this snapshot really sparked my imagination.
It's clear that the little girl is living in an unhappy home and escapes reality by hiding away in the closet. We are left with the mystery of the man at the window and whether or not the girl will be able to escape when she is older.
The narration is excellent. I could really feel the emotions of the little girl as she prayed for help from God.
It will be interesting to see what happens in the rest of the stories.
This is my voluntary and unbiased review of a copy provided free for this purpose.

An intriguing start to the collection
