useful book
Many good tips to improve the memory. Book starts by helping us understand how long-term memories are formed, and the difference between the 2. Then it gives tips and exercises on how to build those longer term memories. What I especially find striking is this fact that it takes 8 sec for short term memory to transfer to long term memory ! I will make good use of this fact in future more often
